Character Migration Service
Dear Florensians,
we offer a special service where we can migrate one character from one account to another. This service cost 15 000 AP for each character you wish to migrate.
How to Request a Character Transfer
To initiate a character migration, please submit a support ticket and include all the following information:
- Current Account ID – The ID of the account where the character is currently located
- Target Account ID – The ID of the account to which the character should be transferred
- Character Name – The exact name of the character to be migrated
- Service Tokens – 6 service tokens purchased on the current account
Important notes and cautions
- Do not purchase the service tokens before receiving confirmation from the support team.
- Ensure that all items from your Cash-Inventory have been fully claimed before the transfer. Any unclaimed items will be permanently lost during the migration process.
- The support ticket must be sent from the email address associated with the original account. Requests sent from a different email cannot be processed.
- Characters may only be transferred between accounts that you personally own. Any issues arising from attempts to transfer a character to another person’s account will result in limited support for that transfer.
Once your request has been reviewed and confirmed by the support team, you will be guided through the remaining steps to complete the migration.
