We have identified an active item duplication exploit that has been abused by a number of players. We already know exactly how it works. Our current focus is identifying every account that made use of it. This issue critically affects the integrity of our game and and everyone who plays it fairly. As such we want to be upfront about it with you.

We are fully aware of how central these features are, and we did not make this decision lightly. Trading is one of the core elements of the game. This suspension is a necessary step while we complete our investigation and resolve the underlying issues. We will restore everything as soon as we safely can.
We want to be clear: we know the method. What we are doing now is matching it to the accounts that used it - and we will.
That said, we are offering players who exploited this, or who have information about others who did, the opportunity to come forward before we find them through our own investigation. You can reach us privately through the official support email support@florensia-online.com.
We do not promise zero consequences, but your cooperation will be a real factor in how your case is handled. Players identified through our investigation alone should expect serious consequences, up to and including a permanent ban and potential legal actions.
