[Information] Unavailability of mail support (ticket system)

Dear Florensians,

due to the latest technical changes of Microsoft, we are not able right now to offer you any support via email as the receiving of new messages does not work anymore. As MS deactivated certain protocols that we are using in our backend, it will need some time till we set up the system with the latest protocols. This leads unfortunately to the result that we were unable to receive your messages since 11/10/2022.

Because of the necessity of a new backend, current status is that we are not able to say whether the mails you have sent after 11/10/2022 will reach us afterwards. We will announce the result when we know the background for sure.
