Dear Florensians,
White Day is approaching, and that means chocolate gifts and romance all around! Spend a lovely day with your loved one on the 14th and remember: in Japan this means it's the boys' turn to give chocolates to their female friends and colleagues - So if you want to celebrate this day properly, maybe try and make some self-made chocolates.
To make some simple but cute and delicious chocolates, you could just mix 100g melted bittersweet chocolate and 70g heated heavy cream and choose toppings and fillings of your choice. These could be orange peel, candied ginger, rum, amaretto, almonds, hazelnuts, rock candies, sprinkles or anything else you like!
