[Recruitment] Florensia Quality Assurance – Volunteer Tester

The Florensia Quality Assurance Team is currently looking for new active volunteer testers to support upcoming content updates and game developments.

As part of the Q/A team, your main responsibility will be testing new content, features, mechanics, systems, and items before they are released to the public. You will work closely with internal testing tools and bug tracking systems to verify issues, provide feedback, and help ensure overall game quality and stability.

This role focuses heavily on identifying, reproducing, and documenting bugs or inconsistencies in gameplay mechanics. Some tasks may require repeated testing of the same systems in different scenarios to verify fixes or uncover additional issues.

!! Please note:
This is not a community-facing role such as Game Master or Event Team. The focus is entirely on testing and internal quality assurance work. The identity of all internal team members is treated confidentially. If you decide to apply, please do not publicly discuss your application or any internal information.

Previous experience with technical systems, game mechanics, QA processes, or even basic coding knowledge is considered a strong advantage, but is not mandatory.

We are specifically looking for people who actively participate in tests and contribute to the improvement process. Joining the team purely for insider information or early access is not tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the team.

    • Good English communication skills,
    • Absolute confidentiality regarding all internal information, updates, patches, and content,
    • Ability to work according to structured testing procedures,

    • Reliable teamwork and communication skills,
    • Motivation to actively participate in scheduled tests and feedback sessions,

    • Work within an international team of passionate gamers and testers,
    • Direct communication and feedback opportunities with official staff,
    • The possibility to actively influence and improve the game experience,
    • First-hand experience in game quality assurance processes,
    • Access to the test server for internal testing purposes,
    • Opportunities to experiment with various character builds, mechanics, and upcoming systems before release
