Essence Recovery Bug Disclosure

Ahoy!

Due to a bug, it can happen that you can lose your essence(s) when taking them from an item - despite using RE100 item(s). The recovery system only checks whether you have space for one essence, no matter how many essences you try to recover at once. All essences which exceed the inventory space are permanently lost. To avoid this bug, please follow one of the steps below when recovering an essence.

• a) Always check that you have enough inventory space to store the amount of essences that you are recovering.

The developer is working on a fix but we currently have no release date in sight. Please note that we will not accept any tickets regarding lost essences after today.
