Dear Florensians,
As you may have noticed, we have reevaluated our Florensia Team structure which has lead to some changes. The main one being that we have decided to divide the Support and Community Team.
Our Support Team give players support on any upcoming cases or questions they may have ingame. This can also be done with tickets and Discord.
Our Community Team takes care of helping players enjoy their stay within Florensia, creating events and taking care of Social Networks.
Would you like to volunteer to be a part of our team? We are excited to hear from you!
Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old;
- Good level of English skills for team communications;
- Being active in the company, polite, patient, willing to learn, reliable and responsible;
- Able to maintain discretion when it comes to interns, player information and your identity;
- Basic experience in the world of Florensia.
What we can offer:

A chance to gain experience in customer service and the community workflow for an MMO;
Unfortunately we cannot offer payment but occasionally we would love to give you a special thank you for your work (ingame).
What your duties will include:
Attending meetings where we can solve and take care of upcoming topics and feedback;
Helping to improve the overall game experience for players by voicing the opinions of the players;
