Can I get opinions on my build?

It's actually pretty standard, I'm going to try to make my Str and Con about the same, maybe a bit more focus on Con, and I'm also going to pump Dex up to 40ish or so, and with all of my ship lvls I'll put that into Will, so I can crit nicely.

This is for a Gladiator, and I pretty much took the best out of builds I have seen, and some tips from friends, I dont have any set ratios for it, I just drop points where it makes sense. Like I said this build is sorta obvious, I just want input from people.

An update to my build, I'm going to stop pumping Str and Dex at 50 each, so I hit good and also make contact. After that I'm going to go either full Con, or mix in a bit of Wis, or if I still don't like what I'm hitting I'll pump just a bit more Str.

pretty close to standard glad build with my glad i left dex at 30 str at 50 then totally going con and it works pretty well

Dex is a waste of your time for a mercenary. why?

before i continue remember that the stats do not work the same for all classes. Dex is a stat that does not work for mercenaries as well as others.

Dex Provides Hit/dodge rate boost, also some resist to FIRE, ICE, LIGHTNING.

HOWEVER

for the resists to work, they need to be well over 100.

Dex only works in large amounts.

Do not forget that as a Mercenary, you have composure, a skill that when maxed gives excellent hitrate.

OH... and if you are wondering...

Dex does nothing to help mercs dodge, so don't expect to be guy who can matrix out of the way of monster hits. or some kung fu master that cant be hit. lol

yeah i agree with him. dex is uselss only reason i have as much as i do is i accidently put it on there when i was lower.
